Tom and Alane share a deep passion for seeking God’s will and reflecting His love and transformative power in everything they do. Years ago, they made a courageous choice to live BOLD in Christ—stepping away from flourishing medical careers, material ambitions, and the distractions of popular culture to pursue an authentic, intimate walk with God. In doing so, they discovered that what truly matters is living within the culture of God’s Word and aligning every decision with His will.
With more than 30 years of ministry experience, Tom and Alane remain unwavering in their zeal for Scripture, trusting it as the guiding light for everyday life. Their mission is to give their all for the hastening of Christ’s return and to inspire others to live fully in God’s will as they look forward to the eternity that awaits.
Josiah Waters
Josiah Waters was raised in a Christian home, attending family retreats from an early age. After a long season of pursuing professional success, he experienced a deeply personal and transformative return to his walk with Christ. He speaks openly about how the Lord met him, realigned his heart, restored his sense of calling, and led him back to a life anchored in Scripture, service, and family. Josiah is grateful for the opportunity to share his testimony and to witness to God’s faithfulness.
Alongside his renewed spiritual journey, Mr. Waters served on the Forbes Finance Council from 2022 to 2023 and brings extensive experience in cross-border capital markets, joint ventures, equity, senior and mezzanine financing, mergers and acquisitions, and leveraged buyouts. He also maintains equity ownership in more than two hundred restaurants across four national QSR brands.
Josiah currently resides in Washington, DC.
